Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped directly from the product warehouse in Santa Ana, CA.  Product orders typically ship in 2-3 business days. The standard shipping method is USPS first class package. Orders can chose upgraded shipping on FedEx Ground or Expedited service.

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are final. No exchanges or returns accepted unless there is an order mistake or damage to your shipment.  All return request must be made in writing.

 

Please follow these steps:

- Find your Order confirmation Email

- Reply to that email stating the issue

- A representative will reply with further directions or the notice of a refund.
